Mid-week can be a strange place.
You’re not at the beginning anymore so all the motivation buzz has worn off. But you’re not close enough to the weekend to exhale properly either.

All of those emails, conversations, decisions and micro-stress moments start adding up. Your body ends up holding things your mind hasn’t even clocked yet.
The Weekly Reset exists for that in-between space.
Not because something is necessarily wrong. It’s just breathing and recalibrating.
What actually happens
This is a guided breathwork and tapping session. We use the breath to shift your state in a way that’s not just not just “take a deep breath and hope for the best.” Then we layer in tapping to clear the mental static and emotional residue that builds up during the week.
It’s simple and it works. Sometimes the most powerful thing you can do is reset before you reach breaking point.
