I remember a time in my life where everything felt heavy… just dense. Like I was moving through life with invisible ankle weights on. Or running uphill backwards through mud. I was doing all the “right” things, showing up, ticking boxes but it still wasn’t flowing. Conversations felt forced. Decisions felt harder than they should have been. Even rest didn’t feel like rest.

When i think about it, it wasn’t my circumstances. It was what I was carrying.

Old conversations. Unspoken feelings. Situations I hadn’t fully released. Versions of myself I’d outgrown like old clothes but was still wearing. It all builds up. Until one day, you realise you’re tired… but you don’t actually know why.

That’s what we were clearing in this session.

That lightness you felt in your body? That wasn’t just the breath. Yes, the oxygen helps. Yes, your nervous system softened. But what you really felt was space being created.

Space where tension used to live. Space where emotional residue was sitting, unprocessed.

Breath is just the gateway. The real work is what it moves.
